5. What do I do if the system becomes unresponsive or there is an error on a page?

We have extensively tested the website to make sure there are no bugs remaining. However, in the rarest instance that the website becomes unresponsive or shows a critical error, simply open a new browser window, go to www.alcohol.vt.edu/alcozone06 and restart the course by logging into the site. The course will resume on the last page you visited.

6. Where can I get more help about how to take this course?

There is extensive help provided inside the course on the right hand side tab menu on the screen. This covers underlying technologies used, system tools & features and navigation as well as setting your preferences. It is recommended that you go through the help menu before you move forward in the course.

7. What if the personal firewall on my computer does not allow connection to the website to be established?

Please change the firewall settings to allow outbound HTTP connection on port 8080.

8. When I click on 'VT Students Login' button the new page does not open up?

This is because the pop up blocker software blocks the new page from opening. Try disabling the pop up blocker when you click on the button.
